Snarky's Pizza & Burgers

Snarky's Pizza & Burgers at 306 Market Street in Old Town Tomball comes from the trio behind Tejas Chocolate + Barbecue, the Michelin Bib Gourmand barbecue spot: Scott Moore, his partner Michelle Holland and his brother, chef Greg Moore. Opened on May 8, 2026, it replaced their Tejas Burger Joint, moving into a larger space with an Italian-built pizza oven. The pizzas are what Scott Moore calls "Tomball style": a thin sourdough crust made from a 235-year-old starter, Italian mozzarella and toppings that include barbecue meats like sausage and pork belly as well as classics like pepperoni. The full Tejas Burger lineup of half-pound smoked burgers and griddled smash-style burgers is here too, now with house-made fries and onion rings, plus salads, wings and desserts. Snarky's is the group's first full-service restaurant with cocktails and spirits, and it has eight beers on tap. It serves lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday.
