The Craft Chicks

The Craft Chicks at 304 Market Street in historic downtown Tomball is a DIY craft workshop where your ideas come to life. Guests can sign up for guided workshops, drop in for walk-in crafting or book a private event, and the studio provides all the materials and guidance you need, with staff on hand to help if you get stuck. It's designed as a relaxed place to hang out: you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks, including wine, so it's popular for girls' nights, birthdays, showers and family outings. Wear clothes you don't mind getting messy, since aprons are limited. Workshops require registration and are capped at 20 attendees. If you'd rather not make it yourself, The Craft Chicks takes custom orders such as laser-cut designs, business signs, monograms and gifts. The studio is open Wednesday through Sunday, with late hours on Fridays, according to its website. It's a short walk from Main Street and the Depot Plaza.
