Terms

Submitting an inquiry does not purchase or reserve a sponsorship. Availability, campaign dates, deliverables, payment, and cancellation terms are confirmed in a written agreement before booking.

Sponsorship commitments

Monthly placements run for the campaign month. Promoted Listings have no commitment; Featured Listings have a 6- or 12-month term. Bundles have a 3-month minimum and Title Sponsorship has a 6-month minimum. One-time content and event dates are agreed before booking.

Tomball Local Spotlight submissions

Spotlights are free, invite-only editorial features chosen by Visit Tomball. Submitting the Spotlight form does not guarantee publication.

We may edit, condense, and format your answers for clarity and length, and we may quote you. Before a Spotlight goes live, we will share the draft with the featured person to check it for accuracy.

By submitting, you confirm that your information is accurate and that you own or have permission to share any photos and files you upload. You grant Visit Tomball a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, display, and share your feature and those photos on visittomball.com, in our newsletter, and on Visit Tomball social channels, with credit as you provide it.

Referrals you share on the form are not published. We use them only to reach out about possible future features.

A Spotlight is not paid advertising. Any later sponsorship is separate and optional.
