Newsletter, text and visitors guide signups

When you sign up for email or text updates, we collect the email address and/or mobile number you provide, your chosen channel, the page you signed up on, and any messaging consent. For text updates, we record the consent wording, the time and the page URL. Visitors guide signups use our embedded form and collect the contact details and other information you choose to provide on that form.

Signup information goes to our Wingman customer relationship management (CRM) service to manage contacts, deliver the requested guide or updates, and keep consent records. Email and text subscriptions are based on the channel and consent you select.

Sponsorship inquiries

When you submit a sponsorship inquiry, we collect the contact details, business information, interests, message, and consent you provide. We also receive the submission time, page URL, and campaign parameters to understand how you found us.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss sponsorship opportunities. Contact and business details go to our CRM, together with a note containing your interests, budget, timeline, message and consent. We may also deliver your inquiry to our configured inquiry service. A successful inquiry may also send a lead event to Google Analytics when analytics is configured.

Listing claims and update requests

We collect the business and listing name, your contact name, role, email, optional phone number, requested changes, details, consent and any photos you upload. Requests and photos are kept private for manual review. Contact details may be sent to our CRM to manage follow-up; listing request details and private photos are not sent to the CRM.

Unsubscribing and opting out

Use the unsubscribe link in an email to stop email updates. Reply STOP to a text message to stop text updates, or HELP for help. You can also email hello@visittomball.com to withdraw consent or ask about your signup or request.

We retain contact and consent records as needed to manage your requests and respect opt-outs. Our CRM and form providers process this information on our behalf.

Visit Tomball counts ad views and clicks in aggregate on its own servers, without cookies or personal identifiers.
