Victory Pie Co.

The local perspective

Discover Victory Pie Co.

Victory Pie Co. at 110 South Pine Street in Old Town Tomball is a mission-driven pie shop and cafe serving breakfast and lunch all day. Founder Sheila Blue started it in honor of her brother, who was killed in action in Afghanistan; the two shared a love of cooking, and her chicken pot pie, the first recipe she created, is still the most popular item. The name was inspired by World War II Victory Gardens, and every pie sold helps support military and veteran nonprofits such as Camp Hope, the EOD Warrior Foundation and Snowball Express. The shop offers more than 35 pie flavors in personal sizes, from Key lime and blackberry cobbler to Texas pecan, plus pie flights, coffee flights, breakfast bowls, biscuit sandwiches and gluten-free and vegetarian options. A Wall of Honor displays photos of customers' loved ones who served. It's open Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m.
